Agreement to Terms
By using the services of CleanRipple Brownsville Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers who hire us for pool cleaning, maintenance, repairs, or any related services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
We offer professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Brownsville, TX and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
Scheduling and Access
When you schedule service with us, you agree to provide access to your pool area on the scheduled date and time. If you have a locked gate or fence, you must provide us with access codes, keys, or other means of entry. If we cannot access your pool on the scheduled day, you may be charged a trip fee. We will make every effort to notify you if we need to reschedule due to weather or other circumstances.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For weekly service customers, payment is typically collected monthly. Late payments may result in suspension of service. If your account becomes more than 30 days past due, we reserve the right to charge a late fee and discontinue service until the account is brought current.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. For weekly service customers who wish to discontinue service, we ask for at least two weeks notice so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.
Liability and Warranties
We carry liability insurance and workers compensation insurance for your protection. We will take reasonable care when working on your property, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or surrounding areas. If we damage something while providing service, we will work with you to make it right. We guarantee our work for 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 7 days so we can address the issue.
Pool Equipment and Chemicals
When we service your pool, we use professional-grade chemicals and equipment. The cost of chemicals used during routine service is typically included in your service fee. However, if your pool requires extraordinary amounts of chemicals due to neglect, algae bloom, or other issues, you may be charged separately for those materials. We will inform you before adding extra chemicals whenever possible.
Safety and Responsibility
Your safety is important to us. While we will maintain proper chemical balance in your pool, you are responsible for supervising anyone who uses the pool. We recommend that children always be supervised by an adult when swimming. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or drownings that occur in your pool. Please maintain proper safety equipment such as life rings and safety ropes.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
